6 Simple Steps for Weight Loss......

1. Reduce intake of fast release carbs or high GI foods -
This means any processed foods such as white flour, white bread, processed sugar, sweets, chocolate.

2. Eat a balanced meal for your Metabolic Type, this will help with sugar cravings, stress and you find you eat less as you are satisfied by the food you eat.
